If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Customer is responsible for associated shipping fee’s.
Goal - It is or goal to ship your product within 1 business day of your purchase. But things do come up that we can’t control so we may need to take up to 3 business days. In a very rare situation that we experience a natural disaster, act of war or other extreme situation or event that prevents us or other businesses from functioning normally, we may take a little longer.
Carriers - We offer three different ways of shipping your order; US Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. It’s up to you to select the method that works best for your budget and time frame requirements. The US Postal Service is the least expensive, but tracking is limited and transit times a bit slower; FedEx is pricey but has fast transit times; and UPS is somewhere in between both in price and transit time. The shipping prices quoted in your shopping cart are provided by each carrier in real time for accuracy.
Shipping Territory - We ship our products worldwide. Not all shipping carriers or shipping methods will be available to all areas. In some locations there may be additional fees imposed on your package by your local authorities. It is your responsibility to contact your local postal service authorities to find out if you’ll have to pay extra fees to get your products. We are not responsible for any brokerage, duties, taxes, handling or delays by Customs.
