Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing Bottle Cutting Inc. products is strictly prohibited. 

Order Minimums:  

While single item SKUs are available on the retail website, we have created wholesale SKUs to better drive efficiencies, for example: 

  • Kinkajou bottle cutters are only available in 6 and 24 packs (of the same colour)
  • Jabiru bottle top stems are only available in 10 and 40 packs (of the same colour)

Order Fulfillment: 

Fulfillment on in stock items can take up to one week depending on stock levels, destination, shipping method and therefore all wholesale clients should plan accordingly. It is our aim to maintain ongoing communication with our wholesale customers and if there are questions about specific orders, answers are just an email away. 

Shipping and Handling: 

Wholesale customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling from our warehouse to their location. (1500 Distribution Court, Suite 400, 30122, Lithia Springs, GA, US)

The most cost effective means of shipping is your own shipping account with UPS, FedEx and DHL.  USPS is not reliable for international orders and so some of these shipping options are not available for international orders. The packages need to be insured for the value of the order contents and we will not be responsible for lost items.  

We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to be fraudulent or in violation of any the policies outlined in this document.

Wholesale Payments: 

Orders must be paid in full in US currency prior to shipping.  We currently only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as Bottle Cutting Inc. 

Wholesale Returns and Restocking Fees: 

We stand behind all of our products and are dedicated to maintaining effective working relationships with our wholesalers. All wholesale orders come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Items must be in resalable condition.

Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods: 

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Bottle Cutting Inc. within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through Delivery Confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given. 

Cancelling/Changing Your Order: 

Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee orders can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours. 

Privacy Policy: 

We hate spam as much as you do, and will never share your information with anyone. It is for our eyes only. Subscription to our newsletter is not automatic and will only be completed with your permission or upon your request. The only automatic subscription is for our wholesalers who will be added to a wholesale list to be notified of any important changes in policies, and things of similar important nature that directly effect your account and sales. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted and transmitted using Secure Socket Layers. Our site carries a Premium SSL Secure Site seal and we take every opportunity to add additional security features. 

Selling Online: 

The main intention of the wholesale program is to make our products available in more Brick and Mortar type stores, reaching customers who would not typically make purchases online. If your intention is to sell our products on your own website (ie. yourcompany.com), this will need to be reviewed and approved by our wholesale department.

We do NOT allow our items to be sold on third party websites such as Ebay or Amazon.com, or any other Amazon type websites.

All of our products now include serial numbers for better tracking.  Any wholesalers selling our products online without our approval are subject to having their wholesale account cancelled.

Pricing policies: 

We expect all wholesalers to sell our products at the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price. This policy exists to ensure a strong business model for ourselves and others selling our products.  Any wholesale account holder not adhering to this policy will be subject to having their wholesale account cancelled.

The completion of a wholesale order with Bottle Cutting Inc. indicates that you are agreeing to adhere to all policies set forth above.
