Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Any personal data collected will be used solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.


Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This policy applies only to purchases made directly on this website.


Shipping Policy

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We try to accommodate address change requests made after an order is placed, but due to our automated fulfillment process, we can’t guarantee changes will be made in time. Additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses will not be covered by Bottlecutting Inc.

Fulfillment Time

Our goal is to ship all orders within 1 business day. In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days. Delays due to natural disasters, geopolitical events, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Partial Orders

We do not ship partial orders. If an item in your order is on pre-order, the full order will ship once all items are in stock.

Carrier and Method

We primarily use Xparcel, which selects the most cost-effective and timely carrier based on origin and destination. This may include a mix of national and regional carriers.

Shipping Territory

We ship worldwide. Not all carriers or services are available in all regions. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import-related charges. We are not liable for Customs delays.

International Orders

Orders shipped via USPS may not be trackable once they leave the United States. Delivery to certain countries can take up to 45 business days.

USPS Disclaimer: Delivery times for Priority Mail are estimates only and are not guaranteed. USPS states:

“Expected delivery dates are based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. They are not guaranteed.”

Fraud Screening

All orders undergo fraud screening. Most are approved within 20 minutes and shipped within 24 hours, but some may take longer.


General Policies

  • All transactions are processed in USD.

  • Charges will appear as “Bottlecutting Inc” on your statement.

  • We are a Canadian company. Some card issuers may charge an international transaction fee for orders placed outside Canada.

Price Adjustments

If an item you bought goes on sale within 24 hours, you can request a refund for the price difference. If it goes on sale between 25 hours and 7 days after purchase, you may request a discount code for the difference. Flash Sales (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day) are excluded from this policy and apply only on the sale date.
