Bottlecutting Inc. is closing. All products are sold as part of a final liquidation sale. Inventory is limited and will not be replenished.

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

We take your privacy seriously and take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Personal data collected is used solely to process and fulfill orders. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Store Closure and Final Sale

This policy applies to all products and all orders without exception. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

You are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Address change requests submitted after an order is placed are not guaranteed due to automated fulfillment. Any additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses are your responsibility.

Orders typically ship within 1 business day. In some cases, fulfillment may take up to 3 business days. Delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, geopolitical events, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

We do not ship partial orders. Orders will ship only once all items are in stock.

We primarily ship using Xparcel, which selects the most cost-effective carrier based on origin and destination. This may include a mix of national and regional carriers.

We ship worldwide where supported by carriers. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import-related charges. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Orders shipped via USPS may not be trackable once they leave the United States. Delivery to some countries may take up to 45 business days.

All orders undergo fraud screening. Most orders are approved within 20 minutes and ship within 24 hours. Some orders may require additional review and take longer.
